This page contains preliminary information for ORIENT's digital products. Final customer terms and business registration details must be completed and reviewed before accepting online orders.

Digital product delivery

ORIENT's templates are digital products. No physical items are shipped. For manual DuitNow QR or bank transfers, product access is provided after payment has been independently verified by ORIENT. Delivery instructions and expected delivery time will be confirmed with the customer before payment.

Refunds & returns

Because digital products can be copied after access is granted, requests for refunds are reviewed according to the product description, delivery status, applicable Malaysian consumer laws and the circumstances of the purchase. Contact ORIENT if you receive the wrong file, cannot access your purchase or experience a technical issue. This does not exclude rights provided by law.

Privacy

Contact and order details submitted to ORIENT are used to respond to enquiries, verify payments, fulfil orders and provide customer support. We do not publish customer personal information. Please contact us to request access to or correction of information you have supplied.

Payment security

Do not make payments to account details received from unverified sources. QR and bank payment details will only be published after verification. FPX is not yet available on this website.
